Manage and drive the debt pipeline and loan closing process in collaboration with and under the direction of the Chief Operating Officers of Corporex Capital.
** Develop and manage loan closing timeline.
** Ensure accuracy of financial information and proceeds related to each
closing.
** Review legal documents and work in partnership with legal counsel on
closings.
** Maintain information related to the debt portfolio including oversight
of the corporate debt schedule, amortization tables, lender reporting
schedules, etc.
** Over see any required lender or audit reporting.
** Assist on other capital transactions including raising equity and
acquisitions and dispositions.
Possess three to five years of financing experience, excellent verbal and written communications skills, real estate debt portfolio experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
