Job Description

Central Policy Support Manager, Columbus, Indiana
Regular full-time

Provide customer service expertise for the most cost effective repair after warranty and extended coverage period in additon to adjudication of repair claims.

Central Policy provides factory-based after-the-sale marketing support to the North America repair channel which includes Distributors, Authorized Dealers and Fleet customers.


Education/Qualification Required

** B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
** Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

Candidates should possess an overall technical understanding of Cummins products and services along with the following, but not limited to: Product knowledge (engines, sub-systems, applications, tools), engine troubleshooting and diagnostics, problem solving and crisis management, knowledge of warranty process and distribution network, computer skills (IMS, Excel/Word/PP).
