Job Description

Specialist, Customer Service Engineer Support
Regular full-time at Cincinnati location

Provide technical assistance or primary support as a subject matter and/or equipment expert (complex systems and peripheral equipment). Responsible for on-the-job training for Service personnel and the implementation of new products in area of expertise. Demonstrates proficiency in resolving the most complex hardware and/or software problems.


Education/Qualification Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related

A+ Certified
Minimum 2 years experience with troubleshooting and repairing Servers, PC's, laptops, and printers. Experience with Microsoft OS & Office software and networking. Excellent Electro-mechanical skills.

Mechanical aptitude, good customer service skills, excellent administrative skills, dependable transportation, pass background check, ability to work after hours and weekends on stand-by, ability to travel and to lift 60 lbs.
