Duties include but limited to:
** Floor surveillance to detect and respond to theft incidents and theft
reports (external and internal).
** Train store associates on LP & shrink control procedures.
** Utilize CCTV (closed-circuit TV), other security equipment. Maintain
electronic surveillance.
** Prepare evidence, files, logs and reports.
** Use computer program to track overages/shortages. Research shortages.
Assist in inventory and audits to control expenses.
** Apprehend shop lifters.
** Observe store associates for compliance with company procedures and
guidelines.
** Help coordinate fire and safety programs.
