Job Description

Power & Electrical Engineer

Design and manage a wide range of industrial projects interfacing with clients and directing both the project team and junior engineers while adhering to budgets and schedules.

Education/Qualification Required

** B.S. Electrical Engineering (PE preferred)
** 7+ years experience with design / installation of medium and low-voltage distribution equipment
** Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NRPA)
** Well organized and able to lead projects, forecast workloads and meet deadlines
** Proficient with planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating detailed phases of electrical engineering projects
** Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; team player with good internship skills

Desired traits:
** Understanding of generation and power factor correction
** Experience with SKM for performing short-circuit, coordination and flash hazard studies
** Familiarity with PDS EE Raceway, AutoCAD or Smart Plant Electrical
