Job Description

Cincinnati Police Department:
** Civilian Observer program
** Student Internship

Positive learning environment where interested college students can experience the various aspects and responsiblities of municipal law enforcement. Police officers and staff have complete authority over your actions during observation/internship.

NOTE: Must read and adhere to the standards and guidelines as established by the Cincinnati Police Department. Contact the Co-op/Internship & Placement office for the complete orientation packet.


Education/Qualification Required

... Four-year degree program with a junior or senior status
... Two-year program will have completed 2/3 of required credits for a degree
... Must have a 2.5 or higher GPA on a 4.0 scale
... Confidentially is a must. Unauthorized disclosure of information is a violation of Ohio law and may subject the student to criminal and possibly civil penalties.
