Job Description

Pre K-3 Itinerant Intervention Specialist, regular full-time

A consultative and instructional role in a preschool with special education students inclusive in a preschool classroom. Responsible for the implementation of the Early Childhood Curriculm expectations through the IEP goals and general preschool program for preschool children with disabilities along with typically developing peers.

Education/Qualification Required

** Bachelor's degree required
** Ohio Teacher license/certification in PK-3; Early Education of the Handicapped endorsement; Must meet highly qualified criteria.
** Supervised classroom experience with preschool special needs children
** Planning skills and Management/supervision skills
** History of good job attendance; Good organizational skills
** Must pass criminal background checks, drug and alcohol tests and be free from communicable disease
