Job Description

Web Developer / Associate Programmer, co-op/internship

Associate Programmers are primarily project-based resources, although as expertise and management skills increase, they may manage one or more website with the oversight of a Programmer or Senior Programmer. Will have responsiblity for the operational aspects of websites they own as well as the responsiblities to move them through the production process.

In more advance situations, Associate Programmers may draw upon other resources such as Co-op, Intern, or other Associate programmers to complete their tasks and/or support their websites.

Specific Responsibilities: Own day-to-day operations, scheduling coding, and QA for their tasks/websites. Own problem resolution on their websites.

Evolution of the role will likely add responsiblities to: Ownership of more websites of growing complexity and business impact. Responsibility for quarterly reports based upon understanding of website traffic, utilization, and marketing strategy. Communicate with the Account Team regarding their websites. Provide pre-sales technical support for their websites. Work as a resource for Technology work and cost estimation management indirect reports as expertise grows, project loads increase, and company expands.


Education/Qualification Required

** High level of expertise in one or more web technologies.
** Must have strong knowledge of and the ability to identify new business-building interactive/relationship marketing techniques.

Salary

Range $12-14.00/hr
